Born and raised in Iowa, Dana moved to Vail in 1989 knowing she wanted to live in the mountains. She entered into the real estate industry as a title examiner and escrow agent. She worked in property management, taking care of multiple condominium and townhome associations and individual private residences on behalf of the owners and boards of directors. During this time she also began listing and selling real estate. As a licensed real estate agent, Dana continues to list and sell property along with specializing on development projects in the Valley. Her primary focus is in the high end luxury condominium market that Vail offers but you will find her listing and selling property throughout Eagle county.
A graduate from The University of Iowa with a B.A in Communication Studies, Dana continues to expand her horizons with continuing education, non-profit organizations, and active community involvement.
Currently a board member on the Charitable Foundation for Slifer Smith and Frampton, she works towards a balance of raising funds and helping fulfil the needs in the community through multiple different organizations
Dana resides on the golf course in Eagle-Vail. She has two daughters, Morgan and Junell. Morgan is a graduate of Clemson University and currently lives in Charlotte North Carolina while Junell is in her last year at Saint Louis University in Missouri. Weekends are spent boating, skiing, biking, or hiking but most generally, enjoying the outdoors that originally drew her to this beautiful area. Dana also enjoys fixing up houses near and far, travelling and great food and wine.
